If you are not completely satisfied with your Siliconest online purchase or gift, 20 days from date of purchase, do return it for an exchange, merchandise credit applied only to same tender used to purchased the item.
The merchandise must be inclusive of the original or gift receipt and in perfect condition to include its packaging. Upon receipt of goods at Siliconest the appropriate exchange or merchandise credit for the amount reflected on the original or gift receipt will be processed.
For gift receipts and registry returns only store credit or merchandise exchange will apply.
Your online Siliconest merchandise can be returned at the store or by USPS, UPS and FED EX. It must be approved by the store and accompanied by its appropriate Returned Merchandise Authorization (RMA) code. This code must be on the mailing label and on the returning receipt.
Discounted, promotional, sale or holiday items are final sale and may not be returned.
special orders
Merchandise that is clearly noted as a SPECIAL ORDER once processed can’t be canceled or returned for credit or refund. All customers must clearly agree to the terms by either signing or clicking the agreement to the waiver specifying they understand the terms in order to process the order. Special Orders will be paid in full.
In the case of defective merchandise that Siliconest is unable to replace. We will follow a Siliconest, vendor to customer dialogue to fully review the defect and inform accordingly to best solve the problem. We carry brands that understand customer satisfaction and as Siliconest our vendors also understand customer loyalty and patronage.
classes and ticketed events
Due to limited seating and the upfront cost of procuring the freshest ingredients possible, our cooking workshops and ticketed events are non-refundable. If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your seat to another person; however, all sales are final and cannot be refunded.
